Yes. After diagnosis we explain what we found and give you an estimate. We don't proceed with repairs until you approve them.
Many diagnostics, maintenance and seasonal jobs can be done on-site. If a repair needs shop equipment, we'll explain why and plan the shop visit with you.
Early fall is best, before the first hard freeze. Booking early also gives you more choice of dates.
